From Alexander McQueen's 8th collection known as Dante, which ultimately garnered him the British Designer of the Year award and the creative director role at Givenchy.
A commentary on religion and war, this season featured models walking down a catwalk in the shape of a crucifix at Christ Church in East London to a mix of Gregorian chants, hip-hop, and clips from the film Apocalypse Now.
Dante marked the first show Kate Moss did with McQueen, and it was the first collection where McQueen used acid-wash denim fabric — epitomized by this shirt here.
