Do you offer exchanges or returns? 

Because every item we sell is archive, vintage, or deadstock, all sales are final sale. Please read our garment measurements carefully for information about sizing — and if you have any further questions about an item, do not hesitate in contacting us. Gift cards are also non-refundable. 

What are you doing in terms of COVID-19 safety?

Our team is fully vaccinated. Triple-layer droplet protection, hospital-grade masks are worn during all consignment appointments — whether in our showroom or during pickup. We also ask that anyone coming in for an appointment sanitize or wash their hands before entering the studio, as we do as well. All garments are cleaned and steamed before posting for sale. We also try to keep the windows open in our studio space during the day to maximize ventilation. We are regularly monitoring and complying with BC provincial health regulations in order to maintain the safety of our staff and customers. 

What currency do you use?

We are based in Canada, so all prices are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). 

Where do you ship?

We offer global shipping. We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties. 

What do you mean by “next-day tracking”?

We want you to receive your order in the quickest of fashions — no matter the shipping rate you opt for. All orders placed by 3PM PST will leave our studio and be en route to you by the next business day. This applies to both domestic and international shipping.
